Puls - Reflact©

Reflact©

Reflact© of myHBMcenter is a unique measurement method that looks at the human being as a whole, with all facets and qualities. This measuring instrument provides direction for personal growth & development questions.

Reflact© goes beyond visible behavior and cognitive thinking. Reflact© holds up a mirror to candidates and lets them discover who they really are and how that limits, empowers and defines them on a daily basis. Reflact© shows the difference between living and surviving. It maps someone's natural qualities. It also gives insight into the learned qualities, which in the long run can cost a lot of energy so that someone does not feel time and space to further develop his/her (potential or latent) natural qualities.

The purpose of Reflact©

Reflact© can be used for a variety of purposes:

  • It provides direction to take follow-up steps within the career (possibly with Puls);
  • It gives insight into what part the candidate has in the journey and how they can influence it;
  • It provides insight into what naturally energizes the candidate and what costs energy;
  • It offers self-reflection and awareness.

Puls - How is Reflact© constructed

How is the measurement structured?

The measurement is taken online by the candidate and takes 12 to 15 minutes. The candidate chooses from a number of images and competencies. Because the measurement works with images, it provides insight into unconscious patterns. The feedback/coaching interview is conducted by an accredited consultant and takes about 1.5 hours.

When is Reflact© deployed?

Reflact© is a stand-alone service offered and can be used for all employees who are open to self-reflection and awareness. In addition, Reflact© can be used both during mobility trajectories(career coaching, job coachingor outplacement trajectory) and reintegration services (2nd track-ZW or WGA trajectories).
