Reflact© measurement: this is how we proceed

The Reflact© measurement consists of two parts and takes a total of 12 to 15 minutes. This measurement is done online:

1. Image selection by feeling: the employee intuitively chooses from various images. Personal associations create a unique profile.

2. Competency selection: the employee selects which competencies do or do not suit him or her.

After completion, a personal report is prepared. This is discussed in a feedback session of approximately 1.5 hours with an accredited consultant. In this conversation, the outcomes are explained and translated into concrete insights and next steps.
