UWV Occupational health assessment, when will this take place?
If an employee has been absent for one year, the company doctor will issue a Occupational health assessment recommended to explore the exploitable possibilities. This involves looking at the reintegration possibilities, the load capacity and the load in the position. After one year of absence, a reassessment usually takes place. Does the doctor think there are opportunities to work? Preparation
As an employee, it is nice that you are well prepared for the examination. This way you can start thinking about your options: what is difficult for you, but also what would you like? Also, list your questions and take them with you as well. That way you will not find out later that you have forgotten something. If you prefer, it is also possible to bring someone along.
