Exploring together

I immediately clicked with the consultant of Puls. During the outplacement process, I investigated: where do my qualities lie? What makes me happy? I benefited a lot from the ACT measurement, where I gained insight into what I am naturally good at and where my development potential lies. I have always taken opportunities to learn new things in my life, while the ACT measurement focuses on strengthening my talents. That was an eye-opener for me.

During this search, I quickly got the idea that a managerial position would be a good fit for me. At my previous employer, I was able to gain experience and the conversations with my Pulsfacilitator combined with the results of the ACT measurement, gave me confidence to go for this. I received a lot of responses to my application letters and I immediately clicked with my new employer during the job interview.

I do what I do best!

Now I have been working full-time as a team manager for several months. I like the work; I have a lot of contact with employees and make sure that people can do their work well and pleasantly. That gives me a lot of satisfaction. I no longer take my work home with me and am more comfortable in my own skin. Although my work is also busy now, this feels like another pressure that I can handle better. I no longer have to be constantly full throttle and alert. And above all: I am doing what I am good at!

The supervisor of Puls has helped me to believe in my own qualities. I got a lot out of the conversations with my consultant. I am now better able to deal with my work-life balance and am less controlled by what is happening around me. In addition, I have gained insight into my talents and gained more confidence in them. The approach to Puls is open and knowledgeable. And what I think is very important: working together!"
