One 2nd trackprocess means that the employer and employee will have to separate. The process literally means: different work with another employer. Puls helps the employee with this by offering personal attention in the form of advice, guidance and coaching. With the help of practical exercises, we find out what the person in question really wants, what suits him or her best and what talents he or she has.

An important point in which we differ from other reintegration companies is that we do not have a standard plan of approach ready for a trajectory. We disregard labels and prefer to work with a personal approach; looking together with the employee for the most appropriate interventions.
