With career counseling , an employee receives guidance on questions of help about current work and career. During career guidance, we reflect together with the employee on his or her own career in order to make future-oriented choices. Development Consulting

Part of our programs - but also separately as a short and intensive measurement - is the development advice. The consultant from Puls conducts interviews with the employee, exercises and takes a personal test. One of these tests can be the ACT measurement, which reveals your wishes and competencies (both conscious and unconscious). Job coaching

With job coaching, a consultant from Puls accompanies the employee who could use additional guidance to remain permanently employable due to illness, disability or other reasons. Unlike career guidance, a job coach from Puls will provide on-the-job support. The process consists of coaching interviews with the employee and on-the-job guidance. In the coaching interviews, we provide insight into the personal profile; what gives an employee satisfaction? What does he/she like to do? And what are his/her strengths? Then we look at the function the employee performs and what are the important requirements to perform this function well. In order to provide the employee with concrete advice, we look along on the shop floor. Together with the employee we look at his/her tasks, what he/she encounters and how this can be solved. Through this way of working we get a good picture of the daily practice of the employee and we can provide customized advice.
