"I am Petra Brand and together with my partner Johan owner of ZiPPERZ Business Center in Rotterdam. There are several providers in the field of reintegration who use spaces with us, but the connection that developed with the consultant of Puls was different. As a result, we took the plunge and asked the consultant if she might have someone available who could fill a work experience position with us. With perhaps the option of a contract if it worked out well.

The way the consultant then proceeded was very nice. We got the impression that with the employees she supervises, the consultant experienced how they reacted to the space and environment with us and made the decision based on that whether or not to suggest someone to experience a place with us. We see ourselves as a nice and motivating environment. You know that about yourself, of course, but it is so nice when organizations like Puls see and experience that for themselves.

Donning the bold shoes has brought us a new permanent employee. We were immediately very enthusiastic about Rosanna. We were even given the opportunity to use a longer experience period, as the employee was not yet completely sure about her commitment in terms of load.

We experienced working with Puls during this period as professional, open and honest. There are short lines of communication and the consultant was very clear in the steps, possibilities and follow-ups in the process. Personally, I thought there would be more consultation and coordination, which I absolutely did not miss in practice, but that was my thought with reintegration, that you would continuously sit around the table with the parties to evaluate how things were going. So this turned out not to be the case. It is an organization that sees more than just a reintegration person, an organization that looks at the person and the 'potential' workplace and looks for the perfect match. If it is not completely satisfactory, they will not proceed to placement. The service certainly gets an 8 from us. We hope we can work together with Puls for a long time and that through our contact with each other more people can be placed and helped to a new job!"
