On first interview, on second interview... unfortunately there was a counter candidate with more experience.... But the second option quickly followed. Again a first interview, again plenty of enthusiasm and yes, again a second interview and... A final interview about the terms of employment... Because that opportunity came right away.

Ruben was eager to prepare that terms interview with OxHill7's consultant, because he had a lot of experience with this. But he asked Ruben one question: what should happen that you don't take this opportunity? That wasn't much. So it became the new job.
