But what does a 2nd track track actually entail? As soon as there is no (further) prospect of structural resumption within the own organization, an appropriate second-track program must be started in order to increase the chances of resumption of the disabled employee as much as possible. During this process, the employee is actively assisted in finding, obtaining and retaining a suitable position with a new employer.
Puls can assist the employee in this trajectory, as can many other reintegration companies. An important point in which we differ from these companies is that we do not have a standard plan of approach ready for a trajectory.
