Support that fits personal situation
The social domain includes all efforts that municipalities perform or have to perform around work, participation and self-reliance, care and youth based on the WMO 2015. Among other things, municipalities support people who are in one of these groups, for example, from the WMO 2015:
- counseling and day care;
- Support to temporarily relieve the family caregiver;
- A place in a protected living environment for people with mental illness;
- shelter in cases of domestic violence and people who are homeless.
During the Advisory interview, a Occupational Assessor from Puls will look at a person's limitations and then translate them into the possibilities that are still available. This results in a report stating the conclusions drawn and the advice given by Occupational Assessor . The path to work is also mentioned.
