How does career counseling work Puls?
First of all, good conversations are obviously important. During consultations, the possibilities and ambitions of the employee are identified. We also look at the current work situation and the possibilities of realizing those ambitions. This can be in the current job or in another job. Through conversations, the employee is put on the right track.
Our program includes weekly and biweekly coaching calls. It is therefore a fairly intensive program, but because of this a solution is often found quickly. Through concrete, practical and personal questions and assignments we help the employee to gain insight into his or her own functioning and the changes that need to take place.
