Inverzo, Optios and OxHill7 continue together as Puls

The labels Inverzo, Optios and OxHill7, all part of paraDIGMA groep, will continue together as one organisation from 1 January 2023: Puls. The services and vision of the labels are in line with each other and each has its own expertise. By working together, we create paraDIGMA groep from four successful labels one strong brand, in which Puls becomes the largest player in the market of employment expertise, reintegration and (personnel) mobility.

Puls: occupational health advice, reintegration, (personnel) mobility and sustainable employability

In 2021, OxHill7 joined paraDIGMA groep. In the past year, a great deal of attention has been paid to the successful integration of this organization and its employees within paraDIGMA groep.

OxHill7 is now fully integrated and works closely with its sister labels Optios, Inverzo, and the other labels within paraDIGMA groep. OxHill7 is a very important player in the field of (personnel) mobility, resilience, absenteeism and reintegration. The Optios and Inverzo labels are built from the ground up under paraDIGMA groep and has since grown into two leading brands. With around 70 specialists in the field of employment expertise, 2nd track and 3 guidance, development advice, feasibility studies and guidance with outplacement, they work on sustainable employability on a daily basis.

By bringing together the various areas of expertise in a single label, Puls With around 165 specialists, the label to guide employees to a suitable and sustainable workplace, both preventively and during absenteeism. Or appropriate advice will be given to make the employee eligible for benefits.

Meet our new name

The name Puls refers to the 'push' that is needed to take a step. It is a reaction that occurs after the combination of a number of factors that can lead to a change. With the services of Puls we want to make a positive impact on someone's (working) life. Puls is there to step in the right direction.

The moment when your employee comes into contact with the services of Puls Varies from person to person, sometimes because of (partial) disability, sometimes because someone is developing further, sometimes because the organization or work is changing or simply because someone wants to make a career shift for another reason.

More prevention and increasing focus on work happiness

The labels of paraDIGMA groep focus explicitly on the "front end" of the process. Don't wait for people to drop out for their own work, but ensure the optimal balance in load and load capacity in a timely manner.
