2nd track
It occurs in every organization; The employee can no longer perform his or her current work properly. This may be because the employee misses the pleasure in the work or because the employee is limited by an accident, for example. As an employer, you can do various things to guide the employee in the search for suitable work. Puls supports you in this and offers a 2nd track trajectory.
2nd track path: reintegration with another employer
When an employee has dropped out and it is not certain whether he or she can return to the current workplace, the 2nd track of Puls be deployed. Together with a career and reintegration consultant, the employee will look at his or her qualities and possibilities. The goal of a 2nd track trajectory is that the employee enjoys going back to work.
The 2nd track process
A 2nd track trajcect lasts an average of 6 months and can be terminated in a number of ways:
- The employee's employment is terminated;
- The employee returned to the old job, both in terms of hours and tasks;
- The employee has found a new job with another employer.
If all this has not yet happened in the first 6 months, the pathway can sometimes be extended for several months.
The goal of UWV JobFIT
For both the employee and the employer, the absence is not pleasant. However, it may happen that an employee is unable to return to his or her current position. The purpose of Puls is that the employee finds a position that allows him or her to enjoy his or her work again. This does not have to be with another employer, this can also be with the current one.
