Successful onboarding new client thanks to strong collaboration
At Puls , we strive to provide optimal support to our customers by collaborating with experts from various disciplines. We recently organized a successful first knowledge session with a new client, a government agency in the south of the country. This session was made possible by the cooperation between the customer (HR and executives) and various sister organizations and fields of work within paraDIGMA groep, the group of which Puls is also part.

During the session, labor experts and career and reintegration specialists from Puls, along with an Occupational Health and Safety Advisor from The Occupational Health and Safety Service, brought valuable insights and advice. The topics ranged from the registration process, the content of an occupational health examination or 1st track examination, explanation of WGA and IVA, and regulations such as the extension of salary payment to the Wet verbetering Poortwachter and guidance in 2nd track trajectories. Our strength is that we match the client's wishes as closely as possible and coach and advise the client (HR/management) on how the employer can also manage the absenteeism process independently.
The client was very positive about this integrated approach between occupational health services and career and reintegration expertise. They are currently working with Puls to conduct Occupational Assessor surveys and mobility pathways. In addition, they are already running trajectories through their sister organization Resolu, which focuses on Occupational Assessor support within the self-insured.
Interest in preventive services
There will be a follow-up session focused on preventive services. All this in order to further reduce absenteeism and to be able to intervene preventively. In the follow-up session, the focus will be on a concrete and practical plan that serves as a starting point for a strategic amplification policy, including attention to personal career development, sustainable employability and mental health(via PSION).
Do you want to get started with prevention in your organization? Then also take a look at paraDIGMA groep s FIT strategy and discover how you can make sustainable employability practical for your own organization.
