Introduction of new service Puls: Work perspective
Puls Work Perspective, a program that supports employees in their first year of absence from work in regaining control, direction, and realistic prospects for the future. The program focuses on orientation and activation, for example, in cases of uncertainty about returning to one's own job, the need for a work rhythm, or exploring new career opportunities.

Work perspective is suitable in situations where sustainable employability is under pressure and there is a need for a new perspective, either within or outside the organization. The process starts with an intake and a personal plan of action and consists of five individual coaching sessions, with the possibility of extension.
