From prevention to reintegration
From January 1, 2026, Puls will operate Puls two domains within its existing services: Puls and Puls . This structure will make our approach to sustainable employability clearer and better aligned with the different stages of employees' careers.
Our vision remains the same: sustainable employability requires attention to the person behind the work, with an eye for opportunities. Preventive where possible and supportive where necessary.
Puls : preventive work on sustainable employability
At Puls , we Puls organizations in preventively strengthening sustainable employability. A lot of attention is often paid to employees who are absent (long-term). This is understandable, but it leaves a large group underexposed: employees who are performing well today and want to continue to do so in the future.
