The Metalworking sector is changing rapidly. Change offers opportunities, but it also demands something of employees. It is therefore important that employees continue to develop and remain sustainably employable. In this way, your company becomes an ever better workplace for the current and new generation of employees.

We would like to draw your attention to the 'Skills Development' scheme. Under this scheme, A+O Metalektro helps employees develop these skills and you can receive Check Up the Career Check Up .
This scheme is valid for applications submitted up to and including December 31, 2026.

For whom?
This scheme applies to employees covered by the collective labor agreement (CAO) Metalektro of companies affiliated with A+O. For each employee, you will receive compensation of up to €1,250 for external training, courses or coaching. What makes this scheme extra attractive is that it applies to all employees, at all levels.

What are the options?
This scheme allows you Puls Career Check Up for your employee free of charge until December 31, 2026, at the latest.

A Career Check Up is a short and powerful program that helps employees gain insight into their careers, development opportunities and employability. Just as a car is regularly checked, it is important for employees to reflect on the question: how do I stay motivated and agile towards the future?

How does it work?

Sign your employee up for Puls' Career Check Up . We provide you with an invoice that meets all conditions and also provide a certificate of participation at the end of the program. You can then declare the invoice provided by Puls via My A+O.

If you would like to employ a Career Check Up for your employee, click on the button and submit the application stating 'A+O Subsidy'.

Did you know there are other grants available?

Does an employee have to leave your company? Help him/her to make a good new start (within the sector) with the From-Work-to-Work scheme. An allowance is also available for this within A+O.
