WIA in View (WIZ Meeting): Preparing for WIA application

Applying for WIA benefits is a drastic moment for every employee. To assist your employee in this crucial phase, we offer the WIZ meeting: a practical and supportive meeting for employees who are at the end of the second year of illness.

It can be quite intense and exciting for an employee to come to such a meeting alone. This is why we offer the possibility of bringing someone along. After all, two hear more than one, and in addition, it is not possible for some employees to come to a location on their own.

When and why is a WIZ meeting used?

The WIZ meeting is intended for employees:

  • Who have been sick for almost two years;
  • Who are expected to file a WIA application;
  • who need overview, peace and clear information at this stage.

What is the purpose of the WIZ meeting?

Insight and information

The WIZ meeting provides your employee with a platform to discuss all their questions and concerns regarding the WIA application. From who submits the application to the financial implications, all aspects are clearly explained.

Duration of meeting

10:00 am - 2:00 pm, including a simple lunch. Two people can participate per registration.

Number of spots available

Maximum 15 registrations per meeting (30 participants). The meeting will proceed with a minimum of 5 registrations.
