WIA in View (WIZ Meeting).
As an employer, you are very concerned with the well-being of your employee. This also applies when your employee is faced with a drastic moment such as applying for WIA benefits. To assist your employee during this crucial phase, we offer the opportunity to participate in the WIZ meeting at Puls.
Because it is quite intense and exciting for an employee to come to such a meeting alone, we offer the option of bringing someone along. After all, two hear more than one and, in addition, it is not possible for some employees to come to a location on their own.
Target group of WIA in view
The WIZ meeting is of particular interest to employees expected to apply for WIA.
At the time of the WIA application, the (ex-)employer is responsible for reintegration. The (ex-)employer is a relation of one or more labels within paraDIGMA groep.
What is the purpose of WIA in View?
- Informational: The WIZ meeting provides your employee with a platform to discuss all their questions and concerns regarding the WIA application. From who makes the application to the financial implications, all aspects are clearly highlighted.
- Professional Support: Our expert speakers are ready to provide your employee with all the necessary information about the WIA application process and the rights and obligations that follow.
- Relief of stress: By participating in this meeting, your employee will feel supported and better prepared for what lies ahead, reducing stress and uncertainty.
- Evidence of good employment practice: By allowing an employee to participate in the WIZ meeting, you offer the employee the opportunity to be educated by an independent party.
Duration of meeting
The meeting is from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., including a simple lunch where we again assume 2 people per registration.
Number of spots available
Maximum 15 registrations per meeting, total of 30 spots. Meetings will take place with 5 registrations or more.
Condition of participation
The meeting WIA in Zicht can only be requested directly by organizations that purchase services from Puls or one of the other labels of paraDIGMA groep. Not a client yet? If so, please request quoation first.
